Skid Row, Los Angeles

When we were first brainstorming Improper Etiquette’s mission, we gravitated toward people experiencing homelessness in Skid Row, Los Angeles. From 2019 - 2021, we organized frequent drives for clothing, canned goods, and hygiene products, and then distributed these goods to the residents of Skid Row. We have also donated resources to the Los Angeles Mission and Saint John’s Well Child and Family Center Homeless Services Program, two organizations actively serving Skid Row’s homeless population by providing essential services , such as healthcare, nutritious meals, hot showers, and safe shelter.
